Refer to the current specification and quotation for inclusions, delivery, project-specific steel and other costs. The Supply + Erect package price is separate from the estimated Full Build Cost. Full Turnkey delivery is individually quoted through an affiliated contractor, subject to project suitability and availability. Supply Only is not a standard HebHomes service. For a qualifying UK new-build home, Supply + Erect is normally zero-rated for VAT; professional services are VATable. Confirm the VAT treatment for your own project. Value Added Tax (VAT)
- Where HebHomes both supplies and installs the package, it will usually be zero-rated for VAT.
- VAT is charged for planning and building warrant services.
- Please seek advice from HMRC if you are proposing a business development, as VAT may apply.
Standard Payment Terms
- £950.00 engagement fee payable when the client accepts the contract
- 10% (less the initial deposit) upon issue of the draft Building Warrant drawings for submission
- 10% upon issue of the final Building Warrant submission
- 20% upon the client's instruction to commence kit production (usually the window order)
- 40% payable 21 days before delivery to site (for supply-only contracts, the balance of the contract value is due 21 days before delivery)
- 17.5% upon delivery to site
- 2.5% balance upon completion of kit installation
