A rear extension contains the sheltered entrance, utility room and storage. The ground floor provides three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with sliding glazed doors connecting the bedrooms to the garden.
Upstairs, square dormer windows bring daylight into the main living space, where a wood-burning stove creates a natural focal point. A WC is also provided on this floor.
