The standard upper floor has two generous bedrooms, while an alternative layout can divide one bedroom to create a three-bedroom home.
Its narrow plan and familiar rural form can suit sites where the planning context calls for traditional proportions and materials. The separate sitting room is the principal addition to the WH402 layout. Keeping that extension timber-clad distinguishes the added living volume from the main house and its traditional whitehouse proportions.
