A new addition to our range this is a smaller version of our LH102. It retains all the drama and openness of the LH102 but the smaller footprint reduces costs making this an ideal starter home for those on a limited budget.
Despite its modest footprint, this two or three-bedroom house has been designed to maximise living space and promote a sense of openness and space. The kitchen/dining area opens to a dramatic double-height vaulted living room, where a wood-burning stove is the focal point. The overall effect is stunning.
A feature stair from the dining room leads to the attic space and either two bedrooms and a bathroom or two bedrooms. View the floor plans to see the alternative designs.
Our eco-friendly designs, inspired by traditional Hebridean architecture, are sympathetic to the landscape and can be readily adapted to your specific location and requirements.
