Loch Ness Longhouse Completed

We are excited to share progress on one of our latest SIP projects, a beautifully positioned LH702PD now taking shape above Loch Ness. The home sits on an elevated plot with sweeping views across the water and the surrounding hills, offering a connection to the landscape that is hard to match. 

The LH702PD has become one of our most popular designs because it brings together generous family living and clean, modern lines. The heart of the home is the open plan kitchen and living space, anchored by a large island that is ideal for gathering, cooking, or simply enjoying the scenery. Expansive windows frame the view toward the loch, filling the interior with natural light and making the landscape part of everyday life.

This build uses our high performance SIP system, giving the client a warm, airtight and energy efficient home that will stand up to Highland weather while keeping running costs low. The SIP structure has now been fully assembled on site, with scaffold in place as the team prepares for the next stages of the exterior and internal works.

We always enjoy seeing how each plot enhances the character of a design, and this location is a perfect match for the LH702PD. We are delighted to see this home set proudly above Loch Ness, it promises to be a truly special place to live.
