Today, HebHomes has launched our new pricing feature designed to make it much easier for clients to estimate the cost of their self-build project at an early stage.

The new tool allows customers to explore different procurement routes, including full turnkey delivery, client-organised trades, and self-build or DIY options. Pricing can also be adjusted to reflect location, site conditions, and the final specification of the house, helping clients understand how early choices around site and location can have a significant impact on overall budget.

While the system uses average percentage adjustments to reflect increases or reductions in cost, it provides a clear and reliable guide to overall construction budgets. This early cost visibility is intended to help clients make informed decisions from the outset and better understand how design, procurement route, and site location and conditions influence total project cost.
