Bespoke or Kit? A Joint HebHomes & Dualchas Webinar

HebHomes and Dualchas will host a joint online webinar on Wednesday 11 February at 1pm, aimed at anyone considering building their own home and deciding between a kit house and a fully bespoke architectural design.

The session brings together two complementary approaches to homebuilding. HebHomes will outline the benefits of pre-designed and engineered kit homes, including speed of delivery and greater cost certainty. Dualchas will explore the bespoke route, where homes are shaped by site, client brief and craft, and where some clients value the depth of design, dialogue and detailing involved.

The webinar will take an honest look at the advantages and disadvantages of both options, covering time, cost, risk and the overall building experience, with the aim of helping attendees decide which route best suits their priorities, budget and personality.

The session will last one hour and will include time for questions at the end. The webinar will be recorded and uploaded to YouTube the following day, and anyone unable to attend live can still register and receive the recording automatically.
